This institute is designed for teachers and administrators who want to learn more about reducing inappropriate behavior in the classroom. This one day workshop provides insight about how to communicate more effectively with the four DISC personality types. You will get in-depth strategies for managing challenging behavior of each of the four personality types after identifying your own. You’ll also enjoy group discussion of your real life case studies.

  • How to conduct a self-audit of your classroom management style
  • How to design an intervention plan based on what you have learned.
